Available up to 8 colour printing, the Economy model is acost effective alternative and gives best result at a speed of 80 – 100 M/ min.

PRINTING HEAD:

  • Pneumatic system for Imp. roller and doctor blade
  • Specially developmed spiral bevel gearbox, for cyclinder drive (Shanthi make)
  • Liner ballscrew assembly fitted with special gear box for registration control (motorized)

 

UNWIND:

  • Electrical powder brake system with load cell feedback or motorised
  • Suitable dia. Of parent roll 800 mm
  • Movable type linear bearing unwind with web guide

 

REWINDER:

  • Motorized AC drive for Rewinder suitable up to 800 mm dia
  • Fixed type rewinder with single shaft mounting assembly
